If your Island Fish Company package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at (305) 743-4561 if your order is spoiled or damaged due to negligence by The Island Fish Company, we will replace or refund your order per your request.
Due to the unpredictability of the weather and the shipping company; The Island Fish Company is not responsible for their product after it is shipped. Claims can be filed with the shipper if delivery problems occur. REFUND or RESHIPMENT will be granted when claim is honored.
